Hotel Mountain — Hotel in Sikkim

I'm a frequent traveler since 2014 but I experienced my worst hotel stay at Hotel Mountain, Rangpo. TV wasn't working but didn't inform me before check-in, AC's remote not given by hotel and they switched-off AC approx 1 AM, Their room service given used soap and claimed that are unopened. (I always use my personal care kit, but mentioned it to show their cheap money saving idea). No customer service, no cleaning, no maintenance... Just pathetic experience. I'll not recommend it even to my enemy.

Only positive point is...

If any review says that this is a good hotel. They probably have conflict of interest. My family suffered so bad. They charged for 4 ac rooms and provided two non ac rooms. The food was overpriced. The bathrooms were dirty. The staff give you misleading information. The chef thinks he owns the hotel yet when he is asked for help. He says he needs to...

Horrible experience. Dirty bathrooms. Mold in shower. Rude and unhelpful staff. They offer you AC room and the ac doesnt work. The staff also can't effectively communicate. I work in hospitality. And this is the worst sort of hospitality anyone can imagine. Would not...
