I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mazong Crest in Gangtok, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, whose genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. Every member of the team, from the front desk to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were always attentive, courteous, and ready to assist with anything I needed.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of Gangtok’s serene surroundings. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit every palate. The dining staff made every meal an enjoyable experience with their prompt service and friendly demeanor.

Cons: Only 1 drawback is this hotel property is at one of the outskirts of the central Gangtok or M G Marg area. Otherwise all the factors here make this property...

We had stayed in Mazong Crest for 2 days. We had very nice experience. The rooms are spacious and we had window with valley and opposite hill view. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Necessary facilities are available within room.

The Support and service by the hotel staff especially Mr. Sameer was excellent. He arranged for vehicle; permit for Nathulla Pass and ensured we had very comfortable travel. Delicious; Hot & Healthy Breakfast and dinner were served on time with variety.
