Rolep Yaku Khim Homestay — Hotel in Sikkim

Rolep is a very beautiful place on the bank of a river, its a valley with high mountains on all the sides. The homestay is very nice with all amenities, good quality food and is very well maintained. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Nearby Buddha falls is really awesome. The dogs are also very friendly to the guests. Once you reach there, three dogs will come to welcome you , one is Kancha(name given by local people, in the middle of the photo), and we gave names for other two, they are Jata(on the right) and Bholu(on the left) :) they will accompany you whenever you go for a walk to visit...

Yaku Khim Homestay was the best part of our trip to Sikkim. We were floored by the hospitality of Oma and Sujata who always had a smile on their face while taking care of us! The Homestay is located at a beautiful location where you can hear the sound of the river flowing all day. The place is clean, well maintained with all basic amenities. The food tasted so good as it was prepared with utmost care and affection. Had an extremely delightful stay and made new friends too. There are also tent facilities along with room. It is very close to the hanging bridge , you can hear The sound of the mountain river sound every time which is like most, but it is recommended to not go Rolep , reason being Road 10-3 is closed for road construction to Rolep and the road is very bad, hopefully in 1-2 months the road will be fixed and we will have a nice road like other roads in Sikkim to go to Rolep, I went once at the end...
