Hotel Sand Heaven — Hotel in South Andaman Island

Update: Post mentioning the inconveniences and sharing a detailed feedback, the hotel responded by accusing my feedback was fake and that I had avoided paying the dues. Attached are the bills and a better video feedback for clarification. I also have recorded clarification from the staff at reception that it was their misunderstanding and someone else from the team had responded and that there was no "threat" or "dues" from us. It's utterly sad to face this and reminder to all why ones should travel premium as the services below are from people with ego issues and less experience. Be better next time. It's a beautiful island to visit, the visitors deserve more well educated and experienced staff for their stay.

Previous feedback: Below average to average facilities. Okay ish bathroom but has faulty curtains so don't expect privacy. No views, dirty surroundings, would wanna stay away from the windows. Food is okay-ish, don't expect variety as they serve the same menu everyday. Clarify breakfast charges before hand as they'll charge you for the first day breakfast, even if it was complementary. Broken TV, doesn't work. AC is okay-ish but remote doesn't work. They don't trust their guests so they'll take a signed T&C paper from you while entry. Overall, it's okay if you don't care to stay here and only spend the nights sleeping, which would be unlikely as there isn't much to roam in...

There are few business who go beyond their ways and means to delight their customers. This hotel is one of the few. Our stay including the food and service was excellent but Can you imagine you lost your phone at your vacation destination and getting it back 100% intact your door step delivered ? This is a true incident , where i left my phone charging at port blair airport, within an hr i reported the incident, not the airport ground staff, not the indigo airline came for help. It was finally Mr Gourav Lall , manager of Hotel Sand Heaven who went beyond his role to get in touch with Airport terminal manager in an well co-ordinated effort to retrieve my phone , took so much effort and care to pack it with paper cushions and 'handle with care' labels and air shipped it back to me to Chennai. My stay at Hotel Sand Heven was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The hotel’s staff made sure to accommodate every request with genuine care and attention to detail, making me feel right at home.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that added a luxurious touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom was pristine, with high-end toiletries that made it feel like a true retreat.

The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Whether it was the stunning rooftop views.

I also loved the breakfast options, offering a variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes. The quality of food and service was exceptional.
