JAZEERA RESORT — Hotel in South Andaman Island

Immediately after the original review of visitors stay in Jazeera the owner post fake reviews with 5 stars No pool in hotle one review laxma Rao has mentioned we enjoyed pool in hotle which is totally lie. All Reviews with 5 star are fake posted by owner. True and ground reality report is very less facility and very far away from city . Inspite of improving their services hotle management is cheating with customers. Focus only on posting fake reviews to misguide guests. I have personally visited with my family. No services No internet No wifi No Tv is having set up box Gyser not working No proper cleaning No staff to serve you better only one staff and owner Nature of owner is not to improve service but to cheat you Never order food in room they will charge buffet rate for left over food Most important inconvenience is connectivity from city and air port. Very far and most of time is wasted in travel from boat and cab to reach hotle. Owner mentioned in reviews superb location, good sunset, good staff and food but all lie . If you are looking for a beach side resort then this is exactly you want. I would like to confirm that it does not have a swimming pool like most of the resort have. Also this resort is located in bamboo flat (not in Port Blair but it's only 3 kms from Port Blair airport (and do not get fooled by cab drivers in airport who will say it's 48kms)). You will have to catch a ferry from Chatam Port ( ask any Auto driver to drop you in Chatam (RS 100 charge)). 10 rs per person ticket for ferry to bambooflat. Call the receptionist (sarabjeet) and he will send a car to pick you up from bambooflat (no charges for pickup and drop to bambooflat). Here I would like to specially mention that sarabjeet was very helpful in my full trip. I am a vegetarian so I can only say about veg food which was above average (sometime very good really depends upon what you are ordering). Places to visit from here are baratag, cellular jail(Port Blair), water sports complex (Ross island, North Bay island boat can be taken from here charges 580rs). #letsguide We were prompted to book room at Jazeera Resort was due to the facilities they offered online. In reality, Jazeera is far away from other islands and for your every activities, you need to come out if Bamboo flat, Hope Town.

The property is well appreciated as it's a strategic location sea facing.But the hotel offering to it's Customers are very minimal. The hotel need to improve a lot in all aspects such as professional management, food and beverage service need drastic improvement as current food quality is not acceptable to the price they charge. There is no well experienced cooks or service staff. The reception and reservations are not handled properly. They are not providing basic drinking water (filter potable water in room) while asking for water, they says you can purchase bottled water if not we will give you regular water. But why a jug of drinking water is not provided in rooms?.

The bedding and linens are of inferior quality and for the room charge, they charged, it's not worthy.
