Read moreThe staff and room service boys and girls don’t wear mask... I’ve booked for 2 days.. when I order food, the boy delivered without wearing mask.. after I commented to reception, the boy came again with covering his mouth only...
On second day I ask to upkeep my room but when I return at 5pm no one cleaned the room.. when asked the reception, I was told they won’t clean for 2 days due to Covid... it’s a joke when their staff don’t wear mask and claiming Covid... same time due to Covid don’t want to clean the room... after I told them off, they arranged the cleaning... again the boy came not wearing mask.. when I told him, he quickly wear one... 😡😡😡
The buffet breakfast closes at 9am instead 10am as usual in all hotels... when I called at 9.50am and say I’ll pay for the breakfast they say all close when their room menu say we can order. Real fast till 10am... 😡😡😡

Read moreI had stayed in this hotel for more than 5 times in last one and half years. I don't have reason to complain and the service was average to good. But this time when I stayed in that hotel, all the hotel staff were changed, surprise to see that in span of every stay i. e three months, desk staff to catering staff are changed.. the most important one was, since my booking was delayed for a day, the hotel front office staff, didn't give me prior information and asked me to vacate the room. Poor customer service management.. I understand, there should be a information from my side, but the behaviour of the staff seems to be pathetic that existing customers to vacate the room which was communicated in a arrogance way.. with this I could able to understand, they these kind of behaviour are coming from leadership approach.. pathetic service...
