2nd floor. Neatly maintained. Good staff. Rs.1200/- for A/C room is really worth. No lift for second floor and cramped parking is little uncomfortable. Good for budget hotel. Google location...

Worst place. Dirty rooms. Check in at 2nd floor, no lift. No proper records. Tariff is as per the owner's wish....
