Century Park Hotel — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The hotel does not even deserve 1-star. The rooms are very dirty, it appears there is no hotel staff except for a couple of boys who know nothing about cleanliness. We had to take our travel agency's intervention to shift to a new room from the one allocated because it was very dirty. The new room was big and spacious but had the same standard of cleanliness. The bed linen was brown and torn in places, and clumps of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. It was really a nauseating experience. The callous and arrogant attitude of the hotel staff, esp the manager was the icing on the cake ! Please do not believe any of the photos or the claims of service the hotel seems to provide - for instance, there is no car parking.. you can park just 2 cars in front of the reception area, that's about it, the TV was not working in the first room we were provided, and after complaining, understood it was due to the cable bill not having been paid, and there was no flowing water in the wash basin ! Truly, it has been the worst ever stay...

Awesome hotel. Food is reaalllllllyyyyy reaalllllllyyyyy reaalllllllyyyyy very good. Loved the ambience in the hotel as well as of the restaurant cum mess. Awesome fruit falooda and very delicious food. Non veg is also awesome. Loved their butter gravies. Really friendly staff of the hotel. Very Friendly staff at the restaurant also. Honest, gentle and very Friendly people. Just one problem is nothing is there nearby. Whole neighborhood is industries and nothing you can do much. Not even a medical store nearby. A really good, well organized, clean and 24x7 available hotel in the industrial area on the outskirts of Chennai. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. There is water leakage issue in some places but that won't stop you from having a good stay. The AC works fine. The electricity is constant. You get both cold and hot water. On call food from the restaurant below. Good staff and they support digital payments. The food is good. Some items are on the spicy side but tasty...
