Checked in for 2 nights. 26.08.22 to 28.08.22. Words or camera won't do justice to this beautiful resort tucked away in the wilderness away from munnar in Top Station. From the resort the view point of Top station is 15 minutes walk away, but can be seen at an aerial distance of 400 meters. Very exclusive resort, and we were lucky to stay in the 2 top category rooms. Excellent food which is made to order, heart warming customer service and breath taking views. We reached at 12 noon and were welcomed by thick fog at a hand's distance. Very welcome smile by the security officer, warm reception by front desk officer Mr. Nithin followed by a detailed explanation by property GM Mr. Jijo. We were offered hot water infused with cumin seeds. For the first night, we checked into the premium suite, beautiful small balcony with private garden with an exceptional view on the ground floor. Very nice jaccuzi in the washroom perfect for a couple, hot water is available all the time. Food is made to order from a very extensive menu and the service by both Mr. Jomi and Mr. Dure is commendable, very friendly and hospitable. The entire afternoon till midnight it was very foggy, and it rained a little in the night. We woke up much earlier than sunrise and witnessed sunrise of a life time with very clear skies. Beautiful milky white clouds, clear blue skies and bright green trees and grass with chirping sound of morning birds. For breakfast we had very creamy and rich oats, idiappam and egg roast with cream of tomato soup. Very decently prepared. For late lunch we had very nice homely feel bru coffee with banana fritters and onion pakora very freshly prepared right after we sat at the table.

2nd night we stayed in the royal suite with a beautiful private sauna and steam in the washroom, and a very good power jaccuzi in the bedroom meant for 3 people right in front of the bed. Out in the private balcony there is a hanging swing chair meant for 2 people to relax and swing watching the beautiful view and a rocking chair. The sauna/steam and the jaccuzi is a must use during the chilly climate.

All in all we had a beautiful and very memorable experience right from check in to check out. The staff are all very good at what they do, to name a few, the GM Mr. Lijo, Mr. Nithin, Mr. Saravana, Mr. Jomi, and Mr. Dure. These are people i dealt with, spoke to for the entirety of my stay.

Rooms are very well maintained, both the rooms i stayed in are finished in wooden flooring.

The campfire and bbq snacks didn't happen owing to the rain.

This stay for me, my wife and son was an experience of a life time. We came here to celebrate our son's 6th birthday.

A perfect setting for brief mountain escape with family

Nestled amidst the majestic embrace of towering mountains and veiled in the ethereal mist of clouds, our stay at Chandy's Drizzle drops, was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking scenery that surrounded us. The location of resort is truly its crowning glory. Situated at an elevation that kisses the clouds, every glance out of our balcony offered a mesmerizing vista of rolling peaks and valleys.

Despite the resort's constraint space (compared to other similar priced resorts we have seen like Tall trees, Spicetrees or Elephant passage etc.), it exuded charm and warmth, with cozy accommodations. Whether we were lounging in the comfortable common area or exploring the verdant garden that surrounded the property, we felt a sense of peace and contentment. Though resort had an unquestionably great atmosphere and setting, we weren't quite as impressed with the food as we had hoped. While the food was adequate, it lacked the creativity and flair that we had hoped for.

As adults, we found immense joy in simply gazing at the clouds drifting lazily across the azure sky, basking in the beauty of our natural surroundings. However, for our little ones, the desire for more active engagement was palpable. Additionally, we found that the resort's amenities, while sufficient for a short stay, may not be extensive enough to fully entertain a family for an extended period. While we thoroughly enjoyed our two-day retreat, we feel that a longer stay may have left us longing for more varied activities and entertainment options to keep both adults and children engaged.
