Divines Business Hotel — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The ambience is clean as it was newly opened. The food court service was pathetic. Even though the breakfast is "pay as you eat", simple breakfast items listed in the menu was not available. The most horrible thing about the place is the car parking. The underground parking ramp is too steep and leads directly into the very busy and potholed road. And the parking space is available for only 3 cars for the entire building. But, the personnel allow excess vehicles to park in the ramp. Hence, access to your vehicle when you need the most is impossible. If you are staying with your family and intend to visit using your car, I strongly recommend NOT...

Pros - Location, Resturant right below Cons - Staff (the most irresponsive i have ever seen), literally asked for blanket and towel so many times and they were acting as though they don't know what to do. Plug points don't work well. You have to place the adaptor at special angles for it to work.

On the night that we stayed there, they decided to drill at 12:30 in the night right above our room and do some work. When I called the reception, when it didn't stop even after 15 minutes they again displayed the non chalant attitude. Absolutely no concern...

Nice hotel to stay with the family. Whatever we have asked they provided it. Nice Restaurant is at ground floor. Food to room service also available. Close to kulithurai railway station.

Especially the beds and pillows are very clean. AC is in working condition without any noise(These are rare in other hotels)

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Recommend others to stay here.

One change I would like to recommend to hotel management, please extend the lift service from ground floor. Currently it's from first floor.
