Best things first... Unutilised resort by pudukkottia... Nice location...good spacious rooms...we stayed in premium cottages ...was good... Food we ordered limited menu like idli dosa poori n egg varieties....was homely and good to eat....cheers to the chef...other non veg menus we ordered in swiggy.....toilets are clean.....we didn't used swimming pools and all...so no comments....

Worst things In the whole property we r the only persons staying .....we checked in by 7pm.....our checkout is by 11am....we r only permitted upto 12pm.....even though no body s in the resort they tortured us to vacate....we just asked upto 2pm....thats every reosrt will adjust if they dont have next day bookingswe almost vacated by 12 to 1230 pm We booked for 6 and stayed 8 ....for that extra person staying they tortured us to pay as soon as we checked in...we told to pay during our check out....but they didn't accepted.....for dinner we ordered some idies for that also they tortured us to pay immediately as soon as food was delivered.......my concern s "we have booked premium cottages costs 6k even other standard rooms 2k costs available..no premium resorts will do like this...everybody will ask to pay at check out only....also we r the only staying" why they are keep on asking for 500 to 1000 rupees the total costs..... Pls do not do like this ....as a request..this was irritating to all....for all these..they told as hotel policyy... But tvs are not working as per hotel policy...even for drinking water and glasses we have to wait a long time...no wifi no signals as per hotel policy

The staffs must not only check the room while check out ...... but should also do while checking in... There were no dental kit, no water bottle, ther is water kettle but no glass to pour the hot water, out of two remote one works and the other doesn't, no dustbin either inside bathroom/room, there's only one switch board which is near the door which has controls of all the lights in the room, bathroom and also for the exaust fan in the bathroom. So when ever you get up in the night for using your bathroom, you need to get up from your bed, walk towards your right near the door (7 steps) to switch on lights/exaust fan in bathroom, then walk back to your bed, cross it since the bathroom is on the left of your bed, finish using it, then again walk till door for switching off the light switches, then walk back to bed. It would have been good if there's a two way switch which is near the bed. You cannot go out to get any food since there's no eat outs, the place is very isolated. So if you need anything which is not available in the kitchen then plan it before coming to room. Place is very safe no one bothers you, you can walk inside the premises, Staffs are too good. Once things were brought to their knowledge, they accepted and made necessary arrangements. You have enough parking which is secured. Food served by their...

The worst ever experience I have had so far. If You’re bringing kids please don’t visit. No cleanliness and we went with the frnds and our kids. My kid n my friend’s kids got allergies in full of their body.

Workers wore dirty uniforms and they are small boys. And lack of staffs If you order anything they will bring it in a hour or more. Be it anything.. You have to keep reminding them or else you won’t get what you ordered. I paid 2500 per room which has no-WiFi and the TV doesn’t works and no complementary breakfast too. Cockroach everywhere in the room. And the room we booked is garden room and it’s completely a shit. I expected a something and it was total waste of money. The people in the reception even told me the management is extremely bad.

After the issue they refunded me 2k . And only good thing is resort looks good in the exterior and it’s good for...
