GURU VELA HOMESTAY — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Not a pleasent stay. Needs improvement, poor hospitality and avenues.

Location and road is not convenient Decent rooms, but not maintained well. No water available in rooms. If no power only light works Food is average in saying place. No near by hotels. If 3/4 families are staying cooking staff are not able to manage the food requirements Poor hospitality. The working staff’s treatment/response is not welcoming/professional which reflects the professional hospitality missing in a home stay compared to resorts. No proper parking facility/valet parking because of which 2 times we were disturbed early in the morning to come out and take the car outside so that other cars can come out. the staffs who were serving very rude and which resulted in a bad experience was seen cooking staffs working in the kitchen simultaneously brushing their teeth inside the kitchen morning breakfast was ready only around 10Am even after multiple reminders that children were hungry because of which our check out and travel itenary for the next day got delayed and altered. while we were reaching, there was some construction repair work happening in the lawn area which was a potential hazard for children with the kind of amenities and hospitality we experienced it’s quite surprising to see the earlier reviews which is not reflecting the actual picture available there.
