Hamsaa Heritage — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Not a safe place for Family to stay!!! Yesterday had the chance of staying in this Hotel for a function with 4 rooms of family members but had a very bitter experience regd., the hotel management support. Some people from north TN wer staying in the same floor r making nuisance for the entire two days even after complaining to the hotel management no action were taken not even a warning had given to the people. Entire day and night they were smoking in the corridors and shouting like a hell wer we suffered a lot with children & Baby not even moved out of the room. Entire corridor looks like a smoking corner. Nearby room guests also complained the same but no action from hotel management. Un-time people wer knocking the door with full booze and wen complained raised to reception no response from them. Almost 3 times it’s happ. Tats forced us to checkout before the time as we planned from hotel. Hasn’t experienced the worst nd horrible experience and it’s not safe for family to stay in this hotel. Such a non-cooperative hotel staffs nd management were people safety is a big question.

Even the Rooms looks Gud but very less number of people r working for service in hotel and restaurants. Every thing we have to wait for long time and no proper response on time from service and restaurant. The hotel is in Sankarankovil which is basically a temple town about 55 KMS from Thirunelveli and 140 KMS from Madurai City in the Rajapalayam Main Road. The hotel is in the heart of the Town. The rooms are moderately sized. In front there is parking space for around 10 cars. There is basement parking also, it seems. The room service were good. The rooms and bathroom were neat. The problem we faced was that the centralized AC in the room was locked at 17 degrees which became very coild and we could not reduce in the night during our sleep. Next day morning when asked the receptionist told it is because some people change temperature to hot and entire AC in all rooms will become hot. Had we requested in the night he would have unlocked our room AC. There is a very small swimming pool in the third floor which was locked for maintenance when we visited. They have a pure vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor which is good. They serve north and south indian food. Late in the morning and late night the food may get exhaused, so it is advisable to go to restaurant early itself. The hotel is booked by marriage parties in a group also; as we could see...

Not at all safe for family !!!

Hotel staffs were not courageous enough to control some guests who were fully drunk and sleep at random places like lift bay, corridor and even at your door step. They will make you feel like you have rented a room at local boy's hostel with attached Tasmac and these drunkards will perform all types of nuisances here. They will randomly knock at your doors and you will be really amazed to witness a pub like transition at your corridor with full of smoke & loud music. But still, the receptionist will behave like he heard nothing and he saw nothing.

Very much dissatisfied and felt very very unsafe for family and kids. I hope management wouldn't encourage these nuisances to happen, but hotel staffs do allow.

Advice to management: please pay attention to the Hotel staffs who act favourable to these drunkards. Go check CCTV and take action.
