I recently visited this place from bangalore for a long weekend. We were 2 couples who had booked a house. There are 7 houses here mostly 2bhk's. The view is superb and you could see step farming close by.
Hospitality - The hosts are simply superb and they take so much care of all guests. They gave us a parting gift as well which was a small plant, we found this gesture very very sweet. Keep it up guys, you guys were always there to help us at any given point of time during our stay. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable.
Reach - You can reach this place by Road, However the road conditions are not good enough but manageable. Sedans with low ground clearance can also make it through, however if the car is fully loaded, you may have to reduce the load at a point or two. Parking is easily available.
Stay - The house was neat with clean washrooms, however they have to work on amenities like a microwave in the room to re-heat food or a fridge to keep the drinks cool if needed. The paint from some walls were coming off which should be repaired. Rest there was a TV which we did not use. They have a dog called "Neo" who was a white Labrador and was very cute, dog lovers would love playing with them during leisure time.
Food - Food was average and they should work on their menu as it had limited options. The breakfast is on the house which is not a buffet. It would be serve in the room in casseroles and hence please let the hosts know about your appetite or else you will end up wasting food. A request to the host to please work on their chai because it was quite a let down to not get a proper "Adrak waali Chai"
Ambience - The ambience is superb and you could easily feel that you are living in the mountains. 5 stars to the ambience. They give one complimentary born fire in the price and for every other borfire you need to pay around Rs500. The main area bonfire has to be booked in advance which should cost you about 1000rs for arranging it.
Team, I would have given you 5 stars but I feel there are some points which can be improved on and when you do.. No one can stop you to give a 5 star service experience...
Read moreWe stayed at Hie Moksha for two nights, and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Initially, we had booked another resort, but upon arrival, we were completely disappointed by its ambience and surroundings. Given how much we were spending for two nights, we didn’t want to compromise, so we decided to leave.
Thankfully, we quickly found Hie Moksha, and we called them right away. One of the partners, who is also the owner, picked up the phone. We explained our situation honestly and told him what we were looking for. His warm and welcoming response, along with prompt assistance and location details, instantly put us at ease.
The location, the view, and the overall ambience of the property are simply breathtaking. We stayed in a beautifully designed, glass-wrapped house that offered serenity and comfort.
A special mention to Mr. Vishnu, the property in-charge, partner, and caretaker — his service was truly exceptional. Always polite, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile, he made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect.
This cozy retreat is ideal for families seeking a peaceful getaway, far from the hustle and bustle. The ambience blends beautifully with nature, and the entire property, including the rooms, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. We felt extremely comfortable and safe.
The homely cooked food, paired with the chilly weather, added to the magic of our stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our time there. We had an amazing time at this resort, and we would definitely recommend it to others. Looking forward to returning on...
