Hillmount Resorts and Villa — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Recently I chose Hill Mount Resorts for my stay in Ooty. Initially I was a little sceptical in choosing the stay as I went across one random wrong review. But nevertheless when i spoke to the owner of the resort, i felt very reassured and decided to give it a try. And not to boast, now after the trip when i sit down at my home to write this review , i feel so much relaxed and at ease. The serene scenery, utmost peace surrounded by lush greenery is a promise hill mount can give you. I have been to so many hill stations and tourist places but this experience really hit different. The climate, view, cleanliness and not to mention the hospitality of the caretaker Mr. Sunil was all excellent. Being a solo female traveller, initially i was a little scared to take a room alone at a little far from city place like this. But Mr. Adhil the owner of the resort gave me so much assurance and provided me with all the needed security. The highlight of my trip was that i was able to see a clear rainbow in the sky from this resort. Brought out the child in me. Thankyou Hill Mount.!!!!!

It's a trap, please do not visit this place. This place and the people who run this place are very unprofessional and big liars.

The rooms are really very very small. Very difficult for parents and kids to stay together in one room. There is no proper arrangement of sitting outside if you are going with more than one family. They won't give water to drink. In the breakfast they have only one option.Very limited cutlery and glasses will be given along with the breakfast.Each time you will have to call the owner for such things and then they will arrange it.

Since we didn't like the service and found it difficult to.manage with senior citizens, we had to cancel our vacation and wanted to return early after a day. No cancellation rules were explained. So we paid for one night and were leaving .The owner starters asking for penalty. He mentioned that if we don't pay he will lock the gate and won't allow us out. This created panic among children and senior citizens. Luckily we had the gate keys and we were able to get out. There was lot of fight with the caretaker and owner. Finally someone came and resolved the matter and asked us to go.

Very risky to keep your car inside the property. They lock the main gate and keep the keys always with them. This is their insurance so that they get paid .

This property is as it is shown in the website/reviews/ pictures on google. What a brilliant way to bring aesthetics to life. I bet you will never regret your decision to stay here. This property and it's surroundings will awaken your soul...you will find answers for lot of your questions as Nature alone can answer and heal. Adil has great sense of creating memories for you. You ask for anything, it will be ready in no time. Adil has this rare capacity to connect with visitors, he is available anytime on call and helps you to relax and reach his property. Give it a try and prove me wrong. A much needed break from the pathetic summer in Pondicherry. This property will reach your soul...serene, pristine, fantabulous property worth a stay...I chanced upon it and i will forever cherish it...it becomes nostalgic forever. Thank you Adil.
