HOTEL KASI'S INN — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

As I write this review, I'm staying here.

First they gave a room which was smelling bad. It was from outside and how could they not know about it? They played ignorant which was a huge lie. They just wanted to make money and didn't care about the customer.

WiFi details were not provided. Since it is complementary, reception team don't care about it. They have an automated system but how the customer is supposed to know that we will be getting an automated message. They will not inform us. If we don't ask for it, they will not provide and save money on that as well.

I don't know what the management is doing about broken ACs, no hot water. Still make good money out of such shabby rooms.

And they first have to teach the staff about customer centricity provided they have one.

This is not a hotel but a rundown motel like the ones seen in US movies. Reception staff Mr Sridhar was helpful but doesn't know CS and don't know how to front a desk. NV hotel downstairs won't serve coffee, tea and won't charge it to hotel room. Kaara chutney was like 'Kaaaaram..ini keppiya nee'. Rooms; kids had fun chasing a cockroach. Hot water only in the morning. Was asked to stay stinky and help make the bedding more stinky; which we did. Both the rooms blankets were soiled and torn. Yuck! Pillow covers has the antique feel, must have been using the same since they opened business. Staff seems demotivated, none to take order at the Veg restaurant for over 15 mins. It's a glorified lodge built like a hotel. Avoid and find an alternative if you can.

Great place in Thiruvarur. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly. I faced three issues My room was next to the lift cage. So every time someone uses the lift, the noise in the room is unbearable. They need to service the lift and the ropes and pulley. So dont take a room next to the lift. Especially 501 and 502.

Water pressure is very low. So not so pleasant to take shower.

Restaurant menu is fantastic. BUT Most items are NOT available!

Internet wifi DOES NOT work.

Thiruvarur does not have many hotels. Considering this, its a good place to stay. I wish they improve upon the points as it does not cost much. If they build a hotel they should also maintain and run it smoothly.
