Hotel O Enclave Stayz Inn — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I got cheated when booking with Agoda for the hotel named Hotel O Enclave Stayz Inn, I made a payment of 1300 rupees online for a room showing 3 max person having no option for selecting 2 or 3 persons. Once completed booking, it showed only 1 occupancy, but when I check in the hotel reception and they too said the same that they will allow only one not even two people. The room itself was somewhat shabby with very bad maintenance. Water pressure in the taps was next to nothing and the windows were quite dirty.
