Hotel O Jks Deluxe Lodge — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I had a nightmarish experience here. Had booked this hotel (2rooms with attached bath) at about 1930 hrs through OYO booking for a single day stay i.e. 1200 hrs to next day 1200 Hrs. The OYO rep insisted that I make immediate payment to block the rooms, which I promptly did. However, when me and my family reached there at about 2330 hrs, the guy who was in the office, told us that there are no available rooms and asked me to call the number displayed in the reception desk. When I had called the number, I was told to cancel the rooms in OYO to get a refund. I was told that I should have called in the evening itself to block the rooms, when I had booked the room itself in the late evening. Since it was late night and family was there, I tried arguing but to no avail. I tried OYO customer service, but it was a pathetic response. Finally the hotel guy himself called offering a room option. I was ok eventhough only a single room had been alloted against my two room booking, as we just wanted to stay the night. However to my horror, it was in the terrace, with no attached bath, in horrible shape. Morning, we had to bath in another room where another couple were staying. Felt very embarrassed and bad with this experience. Would suggest not booking through OYO and rather book in person. The other rooms looked good and eventhough the Manager tried to help, we didn't...

The most worst experience I ever had. We booked our room and paid fully on there website but when we reached their with my family, hotel manager said "rooms are fully booked and asked us to cancel our booking to get refund". We were flabbergasted as there were no other hotels available to stay in such a short notice. After a long exhausting Argument, they gave us a room in terrace with no attached bathroom and it was totally unfit for family and unsafe. Even the hotel manager didn't respond properly. Kindly don't book your stay here through OYO and I don't recommend this...

I arrived early, because of the bus(check-in @ 12, I showed up at 8). If no rooms were ready that's fine, I can wait in a cafe. After the night watch calls the manager, I successfully check-in early after negotiations for +250. The room was not clean, despite the insistence of the clerk, who after being handguided by me to the dried mucus on the bedspread, reluctantly brought fresh linens. The location is convenient and I liked the RO filter water next to the desk, otherwise not...
