Kalpavriksha villa — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Its a very nice villa for a family stay. They are 4 rooms with bath - bedrooms attached. Each room has a good space and they have already provided extra beds in all rooms. The location is scenic and there are other similar properties around in the compund. There is no mobile network but they have provided wifi in all rooms seperately and it works well.

The food has to be ordered and there are inhouse caretakers and cook who prepare the food. There are no swiggy zomato in this area. We found the food is just descent. Cant say it was extra tasty and flamboyant nor can say it was bad.

The most important thing about this place is that its very far from what we know as ooty. It is atleast one and half hour from Conoor, Oooty markets and an hour from Dodabetta peak. So if you are planning to visit tourist spots in Ooty, this place is far and 10kms even from the Kotagiri town. That also means, so have to plan your snacks, medicine and any other things that you may need before checking in. Because even one visit to the nearest Kotagiri market takes half an hour one way.

But overall, a nice experience as we were group of 4 family freinds and kids. Excellent location, views. Probably a few more of indoor/outdoor activies could have been an experience...

Our stay at Kalpavriksha Villa was absolutely unforgettable! We were three families who spent two nights here, and we were blown away by how spacious and thoughtfully designed the villa is. Beyond the generous bedrooms, there’s a huge living room and a lovely dining area—all spotless and beautifully maintained. Outside, the sprawling lawn and ample parking made coming and going a breeze. We loved gathering around the cozy fireplace in the evenings, and waking up to the peaceful view of the little lake and lush garden right in front of the villa was magical. While there was no mobile network coverage, the complimentary Wi-Fi kept us connected and allowed us to make calls seamlessly—an invaluable touch! The food deserves a special shout-out: every meal was cooked to our tastes and absolutely delicious—huge thanks to Karthigeyan for his wonderful culinary skills.
