Kasa Luxury Inn — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Had a worst stay at kasa inn kodaikanal.we have booked the room through mmt.n here s our experience.||Points: ||1. Incorrect location provided in the website/Google. It is located around 3km away from the given location. The spot is actually a remote isolated area with pathetic road condition. ||2. Hotel is run by unskilled staff and awfully rude nd an ill mannered lady. In times of need the staffs they did gundagiri with the customers, like it happened to us.||3. No service provided to the customers. Firstly they will assure you that they will b providing food and complimentary breakfast...but finally they will refuse to give it. (Both the food was ordered on time ) which twice happened with us. Both fr breakfast and dinner.||4. After experiencing all the above mentioned points we finally called up the Manager. It was like" 🍒 cherry on the cake" . The manager assured us that he will b comming to the hotel to meet us and resolve all the issue, but he did not turn up till 12:00 in the night, not even the next day morning. ||5. Finally on the day of our check out when we wanted to adjust the complimentary breakfast amount (which we had already paid during the time of booking) with the hilarious dinner we had last night (they refused to give us dinner inspite of prior intimation and information),they forced us to pay each and every amount without any adjustments. And the manager didn't turn up at that point of time also.||6. A 4 years kid was wd us who didn't had anything till 12 noon(checkout time) as they didn't provide us breakfast. Angrily we paid the balance amount ( dinner amt - complimentary breakfast amt which was paid before) and we were leaving the property suddenly the staff blocked our road with a small truck of the hotel so that we can't leave the hotel without paying the full amount which they are charging without providing the services.||7. Den finally came the Gunda or the Gang Leader of the property... "The Manager" . He misbehaved with the us and tried to slap while the discussion was going on. He even shouted...

Liked- The view from balcony is awesome. You get to see the valley and fog moving through it. Waking up to the scenic beauty of Kodai hills is mesmerizing. Rooms are not that small, bathroom is neat. Staffs are good. Breakfast was provided (only idly and dosa,tasted like eating at home, delicious) Disliked- felt like staying in a room that would make a three star room but made as a normal lodge because of poor maintenance. There were stains on the wall, lizards, curtains were badly stained, bedsheets and comforter had mould stains, cups weren't cleaned as it had hair strands when my family checked in. It is lil far away from the lake, that you need to finish your tour by 4.30 pm so that you can reach the room before it is dark. The roads to the inn are not well maintained and its risky to travel after its dark, but for the view that we get ,it's better to travel lil far from the city. Very Very Beautiful & Best Luxurious Rooms at Kodaikanal. It's Located at the Peak of the Hills at Kodaikanal. Whoever Visit this Place will Love this Place for Sure. Very Luxury & Very Beautiful Place which is Located on the Top of the Hill with Good Views & Scenic Beauty. We can See the Entire Kodaikanal from this Point. It might be Bit Far from the Lake but It is Very Beautiful. Rooms & Staff are very Nice but Few things are Disappointing. One of the Most Disappointing thing is that there will be No Signals for most of the Networks. We will get Poor Signal for Few Networks. Wi-Fi is Available for All to Use Internet but Unable to make Calls from Our Mobile Networks. Another Disappointing thing is that We don't have Elevator Facility..So, It will be Hard for Oldage People & Kids to Climb up from Down Stairs or Up Stair Rooms.
