MOUNT RETREAT - RESORT — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Hi viewers, Good Evening to all, Im SK coming from chennai working in automobile industry as GM. I had to atten marraige function @ madurai, so for that i search a hotels & resort in google, that time i saw an different name was MOUNT RETREAT, so i look down their site was an resort images are all they had put down in their site. so i approach that resort through over the phone, see u people believe it or not the person who talk from other side he gently given a brief explanation about their resort so i impressed with his speech & book the room for my stay. Once i step down to Madurai i called them for resort way they guide me and take to me the Resort. Once i get to their MOUNT RETREAT RESORT place was the way they give hospitality & the place i look around was WONDERING i feel that i came to HEAVEN. such a BEAUTIFUL RESORT even i never seen like & the rooms were i entered was properly maintained even i stayed @ Taj i never feel like that this MOUNT RETREAT had take me to ANCIENT PALACE type. the restaurant was very clean the service person approach was good and food was excellent. see i dont have habit of TEA OR COFFEE i used to take COW MILK not an packet milk or something in that RESORT they had a COUNTRY COW MILK & they are serving that to the customer i was surprising t know and i had a cup of milk was EXCELLENT and food was too good to have and they charging very REASONABLE rate. they had conference hall & Party Hall too. so over all i feel that IM in HEAVENS RESORT im a BP patient too, but that 2 days i never used to take tablet & over all staffs they didn't treat me as like a customer they Treat me as a GUEST. Next time sure i take my family to that RESORT & they has to feel what i feel. So viewers i share my feelings what i had get in that MOUNT RETREAT RESORT to you. MOUNT RETREAT. A retreat in true sense. A property well thought of..Spread across the foothills of the Pazhamudircholai hill ranges is this beautiful resort of one of its kind, away from the city limits, on the Natham-Madurai highway. The "relaxing" Vinayaka idol welcomes you depicting the features that are awaiting for you. A small pathway leads to the rooms of different kinds. There are heritage villas,cottages and rooms.Rooms are really spacious with clean amenities. The highlights are.. 1.Goshala with Lakshmi and Ramu (cow and ox) 2.The interior architecture with hand-picked statues, models,paintings making every nook and corner of the resort the best places for photography. (Especially selfies) 3.Kids' waterfall pool with a waterfall model 4.Rooms and cottages with wooden interior and modern amenities. 5.Restaurant with Homemade food, providing authentic south Indian and north Indian cuisine. The soups(muringai Mali soup) are a must to have. The chef Mr. Shankar is a person who took up this profession because of his passion and believe me,the food says it all.If you want the home style cuisine (zero oil floating),this is the place to rejoice. 6.Silence all around with no sound of vehicles,but only the sound of birds,peacocks,insects.. 7.The staff is very humble and friendly and every customer is treated with special attention. 8.OVERALL,Value for money, ELEGANT PLACE.MUST STAY. We recently visited Mount Retreat Resort for a short family getaway, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. The property is beautifully nestled amidst nature, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment — just what we were looking for.

Front Office: A heartfelt thank you to Nitya, who welcomed us with a warm smile and ensured a smooth check-in. She was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or arrangements. The front office team was efficient, polite, and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay.

Housekeeping: The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, ensuring everything was neat and refreshed. Their attention to detail and timely service made a great impression on us.

Kitchen & Dining: Every meal was a delight! The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. We especially want to appreciate Anbu and Sarvanan for their warm hospitality and excellent service during our dining experience. They went out of their way to make sure our family felt cared for and satisfied at every meal.

This family trip to Mount Retreat Resort created beautiful memories for us. We are grateful to the entire team for their genuine hospitality and thoughtful service. Looking forward to returning soon ...
