Me with group of friends (8 nos) visited this serine property in March 2021. To rate it in priority

Hospitality from the host is outstanding - Host is approachable and helpful all the time. Host did DTH recharge on demand with in 10 mins, is a fine example for hospitality Place is neat and tidy - Wardrobe, cot, bathroom, terrace area & lawn are well maintained 3.The property is located 15 km from main ooty, this isolation brings nature to your door steps. A nice place to feel the real climate of ooty and enjoy the fresh air. 4.We have visited few unexplored places of ooty ,which is in closer proximity of the property. Spacious bedroom ,kitchen and lounge area. Lawn is large enough to celebrate a event with small group of people. Care taker (chitra) is courteous enough to prepare the food to our taste and you dont need a second choice for the food Property is slightly elevated from the main road (narrow sloped Ramp) which gives better view on outskirt view of OOTY. View is breathtaking

Overall ,I strongly recommend to small group of family and friends and assure this property will give you a life...

Liked· It was indeed a pleasant stay for my family & friends. Thanks to all the genuine reviewers , who helped me to choose such an awesome property. If you are looking for a family & friends gathering with a peaceful environment (completely isolated from human life), to spend a quality time with family, to leisure and leave out your work pressure... this is the place!! Extraordinary location and scenic views. A big lawn with nice gardening for kids to play (even for elders :). Completely private property, no trespassers. King size beds in all 4 rooms. 10+ pax can accommodate easily. Dining hall & spacious open hall with couch. Well maintained rooms, good staffs. variety of menu (even customized options available). Property owner was very supportive and guided us all throughout.

Disliked · - Water heaters (Geysers) having trouble sometime. missing table/ceiling fans, dish tv did not work (even though it was not required :)) kitchen accessibility is limited (for late evening needs). cost is slightly higher (incl of Tax).

We loved our stay at Mountain top holiday home. We checked out few places near the Ooty town and it was too much crowded, traffic and noisy. Mountain top holiday home was just the place for us. It’s away from the Ooty town traffic and noise, accessible by car and bikes and this secluded villa was absolutely amazing.

Cleanliness - Caretaker Chitra is just amazing in keeping the place clean. From the dining place to bedroom and bathroom. A solid 10/10

Hospitality - the owner and the caretaker are very accommodating to requests. Owner followed up with us if we’re facing any issues or difficulties. All interactions and transactions were transparent. Solid 10/10

Few things you can be rest assured - the stay is in a gated property, place is very clean including bathrooms and the view is amazing. The owner and caretaker actually care if you enjoyed your stay. This place feels like home away from home. :) thank you for making this trip a memorable one...
