DISCLAIMER: This is posted with the only intention of conveying what happened to us and no intent of refund of our money or a free stay in your PLEASANT Resort We had booked a room for 2 and wanted to use this for getting ready for our pre wedding shoot and also to have a nice time Before booking we had clearly asked that makeup artists will come and we were told by the representative of the resort who picked up the call under their Google contact number So on the day of checking, My wife had checked in first followed by me , the makeup artists also came Firstly the way the front desk manager who goes by the name Mr Liju (that’s what we were told) judging by the appearance and the way me and my wife was treated by him (checked in separately with Car & Auto respectively) was totally disrespectful So firstly he was constantly telling us (more towards my wife that you didn’t even call us and ask regarding permission for makeup artists and if you’re saying you did tell us the name of the person whom you spoke with (who will come do makeup and leave in 2-2:30 hrs and not stay) but in reality we were told by their representative to ask our makeup artists to show id proof and they’ll be allowed (so according to his logic, we should always ask name of person to whom you’re speaking even if the number is attached to the google contact of the resort/Hotel ) Seems very new , interesting uh So we were having a heated argument bcos Mr liju about the makeup artists (4 people ) Then at that point Mr Liju straight away told on the face to me and my wife “that first this is an online booking , you know there’ll be no refund ? Followed by “If you want to stay in that room,stay or else you can leave “ following which we immediately checked out the room ( Chcked in at 2 pm , checked out at approximately 4pm ) bcos who will like to stay in a property where the reception staff says if you want stay or else get out from here on the face to a female (My Wife)
Inbetween the sales head also came and as expected he took the side of Mr Liju P.S: By now the Glorious Mr Liju would have told the management that we booked room for 2 and we came as 6 people and fought and left (Bcos he can go even lower than this ) Considering the way he treated us and talked To Mr Liju & the Management All of us who came today for a auspicious event to your so called “PLEASANT RESORT” Come from better families ,are Brought up well by our parents and are holding a responsible role in the Society which we don’t need to prove to your So called Mr Liju (Don’t know whether it’s his real name ) who’s crooked and also a low life (Which we got to know by today’s events thankfully) and to your management (if it’s a management, then they should look into it and find out who’s at fault ) So it’ll be better if instead of the so called 4 star hotel in your resort , You can start with Treating your guests right which is the basic etiquette your front desk people like (Mr Liju) should learn P.S Also learn to show your strength to a man before showing it to a female Mr Liju
Update: I was Promised By the HR Person whose name I don’t know that prompt action will be taken against Mr Liju and will get back to me . He was constantly returning my calls and told that appropriate internal action has been taken. So when I Asked for my compensation (Bare minimum being the refund ) , he told he’ll speak and get back to me after which I’ve not heard back from him and he’s not picking up my calls since many weeks , So I just want to say one thing “ THAMBI ULACHU SAAPDU PA , APPOTHAAN OTTUM SERIYA” And always go for established and real 4 star ,5 star hotel brands who can really manage a hotel and a situation with educated and trained professionals rather than these self proclaimed ones On that day it was me, next it...
Read moreI checked in yesterday dated-- 04.08.25 at 11:00 AM at under a corporate booking, and the behavior of the front desk staff was extremely disappointing--- Strongly suggest never stay in this hotel---- Very very bad---- I informed to corporate not to stay..||Front desk staff-- Mr. Deepak talked like very Unprofessional,||Inexcusable, extremely Disgraceful---||When I arrived, the front desk manager initially said that no rooms were not available because early check-in was not allowed ( Standard check in time 2 PM) A little later, another staff member told me that I would need to pay 50% extra charges for early check-in. So I request him please allow or give me some time to discuss with our corporate HR then If required I will pay.||I clearly informed them that I just needed the room for 20 minutes to freshen up, as I had left from Delhi at 4 AM and had to attend an official audit. I was already running late.||Then another staff member named Deepak-- very unprofessional way --- came, and his behavior was extremely rude. He told me I would have to pay 100% of the room charge for early check-in. When I said I would like to confirm with my company first, he rudely suggested that I should go to another hotel instead.||Need to go out--- the way he talked very bad-- So Don't book this hotel -- extremely recommended-- Same Informed to company not to book in future.||This whole situation not only caused mental stress but also delayed my official work. I was practically forced to leave the hotel and ended up wasting over 2 hours without being able to complete my work.||I strongly request that this matter be taken seriously, and proper action be taken. Our confirmed double bed booking was ignored despite traveling with a baby, service was painfully slow, and at 12:30 am an unidentified person knocked on our door over a trivial issue. Until guest safety and professionalism improve, I cannot recommend this resort.
Disappointing Stay – Safety & Service Concerns
The resort’s surroundings are undeniably beautiful — vast green lawns, a sports area, children’s play zone, and a swimming pool. Breakfast had good variety with prompt service. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
Despite booking a double bed (clearly stated in our reservation), we were given a twin bed. I was traveling with my 6-month-old baby, and a double bed was essential for safety. There were vacant rooms, yet repeated requests for a change were ignored.
Service quality outside breakfast was unacceptable — meals took over an hour to arrive.
The worst was a serious late-night safety incident. Around 12:30 am, someone not in uniform knocked on our door multiple times about our parked bike — which had been allowed earlier by the guard on duty. Waking guests at midnight for a non-urgent matter is completely unprofessional, especially when the caller was not identifiable as staff. Our room landline was not working, making communication impossible. This was both unsafe and unacceptable.
A property with such potential is being let down by poor service, disregard for guest safety, and unprofessional handling of issues. I would not recommend this resort until these problems...
