Queens Paradise Estate Resort — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

We were 8 of us who visited the property for couple of nights and our stay was beyond incredible.

Firstly, the moment you enter the premises, you are greeted by two of the most cute and wonderful doggos, one being the hyper active self and the other being the obedient and calm self. They just make your heart melt and want you to stay there forever.

Secondly, the property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are beautifully done up and are extremely clean and tidy. The surroundings is peaceful with lush greenery all around away from al the hustle bustle, true to its word definitely a Queen's Paradise. The plus point of this property being that it is centrally located and all the major tourist spots and other places are just 10 mins away provided you have your own mode of transport.

This is more of a home stay with the facilities that of a hotel fused into one package, the likes of which we have never experienced before. We were showered with care right throughout our stay and the politeness and kindness showed to us by Aunty and Uncle right throughout just made this the best experience till date. Our every need was taken care of proactively. The helps working there showered us with the same kindness and care as well and tended to our needs within a whim. Aunty and Uncle are the best conversationalist and you can talk to them about anything and everything and one might not realize as to how time flies by.

I would rate this service as 0 stars. It was a disappointing experience. The manager, Varun, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He pressured us to pay an advance and the photos of the property were outdated by 5 years. The actual property did not resemble the pictures at all. We had high hopes when we made the booking, but upon arrival at 8pm, we struggled to locate the place as it was situated in a slum area. After finally finding it, we realized it was not what we expected and requested to cancel. Varun was verbally abusive and initially promised a refund, but then reneged on his word. Another person named Jomi was involved and also failed to return our advance, claiming it had been used for personal reasons. The owner, Thilagavathy, also assured us of a refund, but we have yet to receive it. To make matters worse, we have been receiving threatening calls from Varun and his associates. It was a great experience to stay at this place. Will definetly visit for sure. Special Kudos for being a Pet friendly place. They themselves have two of the finest, a good boi and a good girl. Super friendly and super cute Jafaaa and Petra. My good boi (Kitkat) also enjoyed the stay and played along with those friendly bobos!

Hosts are very warm and welcoming. We reached quite late at night and were very hungry, kitchen was closed and we were hesitant to ask if we will get anything to eat. I just pinged the owner and asked if we can have anything to eat and reply came with options to select and to our happiest surprise we had the best food of the day after such tiring drive.
