Super OYO Flagship Jp Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Not even eligible for a single Star. The Manager Kartik is very arrogant, Non supportive, Charged Rs 300/- extra along with with Rs 848/- basic charges. Only 1 towel for 3 adults. Not supplied bed sheet for extra bed. Didn’t supplied a single glass for drinking water. There was no liquid soap, no shampoo. Not helped. Manager Kartik instead of attending us, he was continuously talking with his relatives.

He charged Rs 300/- extra for AC where as this facility was included at booking. So which is refunded immediately.

OYO should refund my Rs 848/- == Reasons below

1. As Manager behaviour was very arrogant,

2. Not supplied basic things like Bed-sheet for extra bed,

3. Supplied only 1 towel for 3 guests,

4. Not supplied a single Bathroom accessories,

5. The room No. 106 was having more than 100 mosquitoes & Manager Kartik Not supplied mosquito repellent,

6. There was no any helper to shift luggage to the room from reception counter, as out of 3 guests 2 guests was Senior Citizens & 3rd guest was lady,

7. Manager Kartik behaved very arrogantly,

8. Manager Kartik was instead of attending us he was continuously talking on Mobile with his relatives.

9. He charged Rs 300/- extra for AC where as OYO already mentioned this facility while booking, which is to be refunded immediately

Inspite of all the negative reviews i dont know why this hotel is still functioning. There is NO SAFETY!! NO SECURITY GAURD. We had checked in around 2.30 am or 3 am. The AC was not working they charged 1300 for AC room A single towel was provided for 3 adults and one minor No soap No wifi Above all of this we were all very tired and had checked in late and to top it off someone was constantly knocking on our door around 4.30 am asking us to open the door!!! There was no one in the reception to complain no security gaurd!!!!! Abosultely not safe to stay overnight!! Not worth even a...

Location is good on Highway near by restaurant nd crocery tea shop etc.. but if u r using public transport then u wont get . Even auto rickshaw rare to get. Broken amenities No lights in toilets. Dish tv waa not working due to no balance. Anyone can come and go nobody will ask . They guy in reception may ask money to even talk to u. Very arrogant.
