Our detailed review..

Large parcel of land with good landscaping. Nice green cover, well maintained. Decor is not good. Broken lamps, unused dried up fountain etc. No direction sign boards.

Well spoken friendly staffs and attenders.

Rooms, we didn't check-in. Seems to have enough privacy. No idea about safety for night stay.

Food, Veg was very good and Non-Veg was a bit more spicy. Need to buy everything including drinking water.

Indoor games, not in use / closed.

Outdoor games, bring your own bats and balls. Houses a badminton & volleyball court and a cricket pitch which is not maintained.

Swimming pool, 4.5 feet depth. Medium sized. Can be maintained better. Biggest issue is no shower, no changing rooms or rest rooms near swimming pool. You need to get a room/cottage which will cost Rs.2000+ if you plan to use the pool with ladies.

Location, bit interior. Again lacks proper sign boards to guide. You need to rely on Google maps.

Card payment was not accepted and we had to pay by cash for everything.

Crowded only in weekends it seems. We were the only team there on a Tuesday.

This was one of the resorts that was placed away from sea but it had good space and while construction itself they have planned this place well.

But as far as I can connect, due to low business and customers the place is almost ghostly now. We could barely see people here there was only one other gang then us and people mostly come for the swimming pool to swim in hourly basis.

Swimming pool for so dirty that we could barely see what's inside and as the darkness approach we couldn't see much lights been switched on which had us worried about the surroundings.

The budget was decent and we have lot of space to utilise like a ground to play cricket, a dining area to have food and places to play other sports too.

Overall we can go with some friends to have fun with in budget, but overnight stay is not advisable...

At our recent stay we all were of the same opinion about the resort. Apart from the fact that this property is spacious, there isn't much to talk about. It needs serious maintainence and a professional approach. For an entertainment center they have table tennis , that's all. The pool table has no balls, badminton court has no rackets, volley ball with no ball, swimming pool with all sort of insects and algae, restaurant with same dosa and sambar as complimentary for all days , irrespective of the no of days of stay. lizards all over in the room, TV installed, but does not work.
