What a unprofessional organization OYO has become ... for all the encouragement and praise they had got from the public ... they have reduced themselves into such fraudsters . This is repeated so often ... as you can see by the reviews....
I booked my stay online 12 days in advance , paid and got the confirmation, and when we arrived with family we were told the room "wasn't available." and on calling OYO curtly replied- the present hotel doesnt have accommodation. They shifted us to another hotel which was very shabby and scary ... something which by no means looked like a hotel ..the customer service was so indifferent and audacious - no proper explanation, just coldly said "we can't help you."as another customer said below about his experience. I am borrowing the same words which was exactly our experience. This will surely be our last OYO booking ...
OYO clearly has no regard for customer service or basic professionalism. If you can't manage your bookings properly, why take online reservations in the first place? They wasted my time, ruined my plans, and offered nothing but attitude when questioned. - DONT USE OYO ...THEY ARE A DISASTER FOR PROFESSIONALISM ....
