As we had to do night stay during our long road drive from Mirzapur, U.P. to Bangalore, instead of staying near Nagpur at Butibori , i traveled 175 km 3 hours more drive to Adilabad. We had to go 5-6 km off main highway to Adilabad, quickly searched for hotel in Google and found this. AC Room was pretty good, price was ok, complementary breakfast was very simple Masala dosa/idli and tea only. The room size is good but the service is pathetic. They do not give any importance to the customers. The parking space is very limited. The lift is sometimes not available as it is used by others to move the food items, water etc as the building is shared with others. The idly we had during breakfast wasn't cooked well. The water bottles at the breakfast seemed to be already used as I saw none of them sealed. Maybe they used the left over bottles from the parties in their banquet hall. Giving 2 stars only for...
