If there's a zero star, I'd rather give it to it. I don't understand how this hotel can be given a business hotel credibility? I booked it for my official visit for 5 nights but had to wrap it up in only 2 nights. There are several issues with it's listing on online portal and what really it is. It's not actually located next to Talao Pali. It's of course closure but actually located next to a wholesale vegetable market at Jambhali pada so you would get only crowd, mosquitos and a lot of nuisance. The room is not well maintained. The pictures on the online portal and the real rooms are way different. TV remote not working. Bed not cleaned. Rather monotonic and dull walls. They claim they provide breakfast and have different room charges for only room and room with breakfast. But you would get surprised to know that the breakfast is ordered from the small restaurant opposite to the hotel and only opens up after 8!!! After 8 , seriously? Also they provide only one dish e.g. 1 idli 1 wada or 1 simple dosa or 1 bread ommlett. No varieties and not at all sufficient!! The very next morning I was told that the towels are not received after cleaning so no towel was provided. Of course it delayed my office time but also left me in fury. This was enough to check out for me. If I'd have stayed more I don't know what else id have seen. So guys, before you book this one, be careful. At least I am not going to...
Read moreI wish I would of read the reviews before booking this place wow boy oh boy was I in for a TREAT absolutely HORRIBLE and disrespectful managers. I originally booked for 4 nights but I only lasted one night because of the beds and other things but let’s talk about ||THE BEDS- Are stiff HARD AS A ROCK it’s literally like you’re sleeping on the floor. I was told it’s soft and because I’m a “foreigner” I didn’t like it. Foreigner or not the bed is extremely HARD you can’t sleep like that I felt like I was sleeping on a rock hard floor. The management showed me other beds in the hotel to try to help me another room and it seriously was the same exact hard beds in EVERY ROOM.||WIFI- WiFi did NOT work as it was advertised as a free WiFi hotel one of the main reasons I picked it. Staff had no answer on why it wasn’t working. ||Bathrooms are okay atleast it was hot water but the windows in the bathroom was busted out two tiles which alerted me someone can easily slip their hands inside and access my room! ||The following morning I stood for almost 3 hours fighting the managers on why I should be released from my contract of 4 night absolutely ridiculous. I’m shocked and hurt the way this hotel was I felt disrespected a bit. ...
