Atulyam Stays — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I had a terrible experience with this property, and I strongly advise against booking it.

I had made a confirmed booking through Ibibo for a 2BHK room to accommodate seven guests for my brother’s wedding, scheduled from November 28th. Since these guests were very important to us, I personally visited the property two days prior to the check-in date to ensure everything was in order. The person at the counter showed me the room and assured me that everything would be taken care of.

However, on November 27th, just a day before check-in, I received a last-minute call informing me that the room would not be available. This caused immense stress and panic, leaving us completely clueless and rushing to make alternate arrangements at the eleventh hour.

This irresponsible behavior by the property is unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. I strongly urge others not to rely on this property, as they may cancel on you at the last moment without any regard for the...

If possible I would have given this as 0 stars pathetic and very unprofessional behavior. 10-15days after the booking they are increasing the price of the hotel and also the details given in apps about check out timing and all everything is wrong. Never ever gonna recommend to anyone for sure. Your unprofessionalism will answer you one day.

How could you lie about the cost, abusive language, threatening and negotiations n all. I never requested you for early check in and you never ever asked for any prepayment. You are posting your irritation and frustration of some other customer over me.

Pathetic...I have paid far more and better to stay at a better accommodation around the country in my past....and have posted my reviews anyone can read,so Atulyam stays cost was never the issue...

All needed was better communication skills and which you people lack for sure disconnecting call mid-way and then lying...

Place is descent. Pathetic staff and pathetic location.

Edit: On the reply of food bill of 1500 out of 2100. He added the stuffs that we didn't order. We stayed there of 4 days, till the very 3rd day he kept on saying the chai is complimentary with the breakfast, but on the final day he started a new story. On his menu card, it's well mentioned that Achar and Curd is complimentary with Aloo Paratha, but as you'd expect, he again added that seperately to our bill. On one day he gave us half cooked food and fully watery rice, he admitted that and agreed not to add that food to the meal as we ultimately couldn't consume it. But again, he even added that to the bill.

We have all the bills, screenshots of the texts, messages and our booking details. I admit the place is descent, but you will get nothing as mentioned on their booking page. So if you are someone who can adjust then it's the place for you. Buy beware of the scams they do with...
