Braj dham hotel Barsana — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I have visited more than 100 hotels in my life but never have I ever met such rude staff and receptionist.

Hotel manager used to argue with me for every little thing. He literally abused me in his language and threatened me. I was scared as I was living with my family. Honestly, it's not worth hotel.

Additionally, You won't be provided towel, soaps or anything else. MMT and other platforms should ban this hotel. They are ruining the reputation of Barsana. I am going to file a complaint against thus hotel in...

Location wise the hotel is at best. But the only best thing is new and clean property. No wifi available for guests. Breakfast not included in the charges though mention on the website. Charged 1600+ taxes when 1500 was clearly mentioned on the website. When I ordered tea, they don't have tea..... strongly a no for the hotel for my next trip......... please don't...

Staffs - are so kind and lovely. Room condition - was also perfect. They clean my room everyday and keep my stuff safe. Smells are also good. I really enjoy my hot shower. Location - was also perfect. Hotel is located near by temple so you can just walk to all places to go. Nice restaurants are right next to the hotel. Nothing to complain....
