Burney Palace — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Visited on 20th may. First time we had go there to celebrate a anniversary program but the bakery option was not available there so we came back to home without cutting any cake. Very disappointed 😔

I ordered veg noodle and veg Manchurian together so I hope to receive veg Manchurian gravy with noodle but I got Manchurian dry. If I wanted dry I would order dry, veg Manchurian doesn't means veg manchurian dry at all and your steward didn't even ask that what kind of manchurian we want and what he will serve. Again disappointed 😞

Dahi kebab - Very pathetic too much sour in taste. Paneer butter masala - The paneer used in was too hard. Honey chilli potato -Tasteless and hard in nature, it should be crisp. Dal makhani - Below average Noodles - Ok Aloo naan - Good Mint mojito - Good

Guys, If you are unable to serve a good stuff to your guests so please don't but please don't make fool.

I travel almost every week for businesses and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in despite not being cheap. The manager doesn’t have manners how to speak with the customers. Very rude and unconscionable behaviour. I was shocked the way he behaved. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have hotel membership. And I checked in at 6pm & checkout at 11pm. All this was only because of Gaurav because he said to get out of here. I got angry and checked out at the same time and went to another hotel.The award of the most unprofessional and the insensible staff goes to Mr. Gaurav. I wonder the people like him are the part of service industry and feel pity...
