Capital O Palatial Grand — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Kind of feeling cheated. The staff words are too big than their actions. In first meeting, when they want us to book them, their words were different. They show you many good things cuz of which you just want to book them, as the place is too big and beautiful.but when we went again to finalise our deal, they acted totally different. Items which were initially included in our package are not included any more.. After hours of talking and arguing, we finally came to a decision. On the day of wedding, it was entire a different picture, there was lack in decoration, the stage was totally different. They put a candle wall in which candles were not even lit. The arrangement for food stalls was nowhere same to what has been shown to us during booking. They say, they serve chaat in nice glasses, but it was not like this on wedding day. They have separate plates for family dinner, which they ll show you when you visit them for booking, but that too were not provided. Few items were finished even before family dinner, which was a major embarrassing thing for us. During ribbon cutting, the ribbon was not even tied, instead given to my family members to hold it, which was again very embarrassing. Not sufficient flower garlands were provided to welcome people from groom's side. Carpet were not properly placed, you could see the grass from sides. We book milk stall for wedding time as well as fera time, but milk not given during feras. We ask them to put carpet during bridal entry so that the lehenga doesnt get ruin with wet grass(as the wedding was in winters), but that too did not happen. And the major thing, they made a bill with 100 guests extra though we has almost 100 guests less than what we booked. All these things felt so bad. If they being honest with their words(which they were not),then overall the place is nice. But as they were not honest with me so 2 stars only. The hotel rooms are neat and clean though they are small. And taste of food was good. One more thing, there is no hoarding nearby which can indicate the place. We ask them multiple times to put atleast one on main road(as its not on main road and not everyone uses google maps), but all in vain. People still found difficulty to locate it. E travelled to Greater Noida on business and in the afternoon when we booked at this hotel through OYO Rooms we were received confirmation from OYO . But then our online payment to OYO was reversed back into our account. On calling OYO customer care , we were given a long story and finally our reservation at the hotel was confirmed and that we would have to pay at the hotel.On reaching the hotel we were given a shock as our reservation was not valid ! The hotel informed us that they had stopped taking reservations from OYO since a day ago as OYO was not paying them! On calling customer care again , it was a nightmare ! The OYO customer carr executive was really helpless an totally useless. He could not arrange a single place nearby for us to stay and was wanting to send us to a hotel 25 kilometers away ! Really ? He was just working like a robot ! Only going by the book ! Luckily we had a friend in the vicinity where we spent the night. How reliable are services like this ? I was very scare for my son's wedding. How it will be happen by my single hand. But very very thanks to Abhisake and Bhasker they had keep me cool all the time by their behavior and of course good and right management. They manage all my wedding functions truely excellent as my expectations. Food was very good. My guests were happy and praise me for such a nice n tasty food in reception party.
