Great Stay for Business Trips Near India Expo Mart

I recently stayed at City Max Inn twice while attending a trade show at India Expo Mart, which was conveniently located just 6 km away. My experience at the hotel was excellent overall. The ambiance is inviting, the rooms are well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

The staff at City Max Inn were friendly and accommodating, although the service could be a bit slow at times, the service boy was diligent and courteous. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with shops like a medical store, general store, hair salon, and even a clinic nearby, making it convenient for business travelers like myself.

However, the only downside I noticed was the lack of a clothesline in the bathroom to hang wet clothes for drying. This could be a small inconvenience for guests, especially those staying for an extended period.

To be honest when I was booking this hotel, there was indeed a doubt in my mind whether I will be getting a good hospitality or not. Still considering the then existing good reviews and proximity to my work location, I booked it for a week long stay along with family. During our stay we were very pleased with good quality hospitality services provided by hotel team in very nice and clean rooms. Specifically the hotel manager Mr Sanjeeb and Staff Mr Ratnakar were very helpful.

From the moment I arrived, it felt more like a budget motel than a proper hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom had a musty smell, and the linens looked old and worn( even refused to change them stating that it was changed only a day before). The air conditioner was not working and neither was the bathroom geyser, making it impossible to get comfortable.
