My experience was just Ok-ok type because for many reasons........ It was different to find the hotel because no signages was placed on the property. We reached to the location through goggle map and it was a residential colony so we to ask many people that if there is any hotel or not. The rooms we got after check-in was spacious but there was no water supply in the wash basin and Toilet seat. One Tap was missing for the socket. So water supply was distributed. Upon requesting for room change for 2-3 times, we got another room and here no light was there because bulb was missing from the socket, again on complaining they fixed it. They were providing Patanjali drinking water bottle of 1 liter for Rs.30 (MRP was Rs.20). Hotel staff bring water bottle to our room and demanded Rs.30 per bottle. Upon asking if tea is available here or not the staff said that yes we will provide. We got tea in thermo flask and kulladh of approx 70ml and he charged 20 per cup (price is ok) but the taste was pathetic because the taste was bitter as it might contain tez patta, adrak , dalchini etc. Hotel is built in residential colony so no nearby market is there for eating or something else, one of the major problem. Geyser facility was not there in the rooms we checked in. Many a times Ola taxi or Auto won't won't accept a ride from here. So, transportation is a major problem. Lift (elevator) is under construction so again a major problem. Power backup is not there because we have slept in dark room upon power cut with no light and fan. My child have to suffer.

I have pre booked room in this hotel from oyo for 6th Feb 2025, when I reached there is no hotel name on building & I took 5 minutes to confirm this hotel and there wasn't lift and they gave room at 4th floor, they mentioned lift is provided in hotel but no lift , only steps were there, room was clean but pillow was dirty and another pillow was not having pillow cover and bathroom and toilet was not cleaned. They didn't gave water bottle, after asking again and again they gave 1ltr water bottle and in bathroom no hot water not even one drop water was coming in all taps. After complaining again and again after some 3hours they fixed and but no hot water for that again they made to waited for 1 hour and gave water coil for hot water. In room TV was on but no remote for this also they made to wait 2 hours to give remote and not even shared WiFi details. While check in only I mentioned i will check out 4hours delay, even i mentioned in oyo booking still they arguing that i didnt mentioned anything and they charged 1,000/- for 4hours , due to bus delay i reached late on 6th Feb 2025 and checkin was at 12noon but I check in at 4.30pm due to delay of bus and that time mentioned next day 7th Feb 2025 i will check out at 4pm instead 11am for that 4hours i will pay extra chargers which i was mentioned in oyo pre booking for this hotel and customer care also mentioned and oyo customer care told me that only 200rs to 300rs has to pay but they were arguing that i didn't mentioned anything and they chargered 1000rs for 4hours. I am in the hotel room and I am giving the reviews. there is no dustbin in my room I asked him at night but still they have provided me. Electricity cut out is their whole night and they don't have backup also. All the sockets in my room are not working they are broken. The balcony the windows the room is very bad it's not clean. The washroom door lock is broken and they haven't provided us with soap and shampoo. There is no geyser in my washroom. Everything is so far from the hotel you cannot get autos easily to go anywhere and there is no restaurant or cafe nearby you have to go at least 2 to 3 km away from here to have something. The staff behaviour is also not good.
