FabHotel BSA - Hotel in Chinhat, Lucknow — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

This hotel is a scam. If you are a business traveller and need bills for reimbursements or an honest tax payer who doesn’t save a few hundred rupees in tax don’t ever book them. I booked this hotel through Agoda on first of May for two nights upon reaching the hotel. I was told that my booking got cancelled because I was late. Was late in the night and I was completely exhausted, so I booked off-line as suggested by the receptionist. They come across as very genuine and polite people. Upon checkout they gave me receipt book (Kachcha) food bills. Since last one and a half month, I am asking for the room rent bill and that too with taxes to find my reimbursement and they are...

Cons: Room service is challenge at this hotel. After multiple times no one came to fix hot water facility eventually we checked out with unattended request. Again you have to order breakfast 2 hrs before if you expect to get it in next 15 mins and don't keep your expectations high for the quality of the food. Rooms are small thus you don't get wiggle room. Light goes off every 2-3 hrs it takes 15-20mins for generator to kick in.
