FabHotel DDS - Hotel in Devpur — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

This has to be my worst experience with Fabhotel till date. I paid 6k for two rooms and the rooms were not even worth 1k to be honest. We were travelling to Allahabad and took a stop at Lucknow. Reached about 8pm and wanted to checkin. They took full amount before showing the rooms and that is where we made the mistake. Rooms filled with insects, dirty bed, not working phone, no remote for Ac, everything we touched was dirty. I am never booking a Fabhotel again! This is not a hotel this just a lawn. The room is provided just to make some extra money. They will not pay any attention to you unless you call them again and again. The owner is rude and they are not aware of the details of your stay at all. They do not have car parking too you have to park your car on road on...

Room service is very bad. They even not provided AC remote to control the AC. They keep phone on other side to avoid the calls. Management is very rude. I request to FAB hotels kindly remove you brand from this hotel. Otherwise next time it is difficult to make bookings...
