Bad Experience in almost every terms! (Bhul ke bhi mat jaana idhar)

1. Customer Service - The owner (specifically) and all the employees had no sense of how to treat a customer. They made us wait at the reception for a long time and denied entry because the stay was pre-booked (slightly lower in price than usual). The staff was unhelpful when addressing concerns (0 out of 5 points)
2. Cleanliness - The rooms were not well maintained and bedsheets/ pillow covers had a lot of strains. The bathroom had a pungent smell and was not cleaned at all. The staff refused to clean the room and change the bedsheets(1/5)
3. Expected price - Considering all these factors, one should avoid staying here. The stay should not worth more than 400-500 a night!

PS - I didn't stay at this hotel after having a bad experience due to the pointers...

Good: Given 5 star as did not expected hotel with Big room With separate sitting area, balcony of room size. Also the staff is very cooperative. Paid Rs 1500 for suit which can not be compared with luxury hotel but value for money. Before check in I Enquired with one computer shop and he told the rooms are best in Lalitpur. Bad: need to carry your towel and shampoo. Do not take roadside room as being close to railway station you may get disturb in night. No exhaust fan in toilet. Over all....you will not find better than this...
