HOTEL ARADHNA INN — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

This is located in basaha area , and location takes nearly one and half hour from Lucknow AirPort; When we were assigned a deluxe room by the receptionist, we were extremely disappointed with its condition. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, the bed spreads were dusty & unhygienic and the bathroom facilities were in poor shape. The toilet flush was detached, and the washbasin leaked as soon as it was turned on. After we complained, the house keeping staffs attempted to fix the issues, but the overall experience was unsatisfactory.

We were particularly upset by the receptionist's attitude. Despite there being suite rooms available, the receptionist insisted we stay in the same room. It was only when we expressed our intent to leave and find another hotel that a suite room was finally offered. Additionally, the conditions at the terrace restaurant were very poor.

It felt as though the staff, particularly the receptionist or hotel owner, were taking advantage of guests, especially those who were new or from out of town. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. But I could appreciate the working staffs especially the house keeping , they should be properly trained...
