I recently had the pleasure of dining at BALLIAN'S, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The food was outstanding, with each dish showcasing top-notch quality and flavor. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was prepared with great attention to detail and tasted delicious.

The atmosphere at BALLIAN'S was equally impressive. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The decor was tasteful, and the overall vibe of the place was very comfortable.

However, the only downside to my visit was the staff behavior. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent and not as attentive or friendly as one would hope. This was a bit disappointing, considering the high standards set by the food and atmosphere.

I was there with my family for some quality time. But what I got was the total opposite of it. Staff looked inexperienced & ill mannered, who asked me whatever you want to order do it only once 'khana baar baar order nahi ho paega ek baar order karo'. Wait time was 30 mins for soup plus 20mins more for rest of the appetizers (that too wrong order given). I went there at 2 pm and had my lunch at 4 pm that was the speed of serving food. We left from there without having our lunch properly & without taking any deserts as the waiter was not ready to take orders. This all happened when the restaurant was not at all crowded.
