Hotel Dileep — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

The type of hospitality and services provided here is pathetic.This is the worst experience I have ever faced while staying in any hotel.Following are the basic amenities that a hotel must follow are missing here: 1.No power back up as generator was not working and they were not calling a generator guy to fix it because they were waiting for power to resume,I was staying in dark for 12 hrs due to power cut because of heavy rain 2.Geysar doesn't work here 3.TV is of old model with no connection,it's just a showpiece 4.There is only one sweeper in the entire hotel who take care of all the cleaning....and the room doesn't get cleaned for 2 days.There are cockroaches in the room and centipede in the bathroom 5.They didn't even change the bedsheet and pillow cover daily....you have to call them again and again and they make the faces as if they are doing some courtesy on me.

I would only recommend this hotel only when you have no place to stay.In this price you can get better hotels with far...

It is the worst hotel in whole Lucknow. The rooms are disgusting.....first they told the price for non-AC is 900 (if you take the bill then 12% GST will be included extra, else it's the price) then at the time of chek-out they increased to 1000. The staff are very rude especially the Receptionist. He was forcing me to pay offline rather then online. The rooms was very stingy and in poor conditions. Even there were holes in some place. No menu or intercom in rooms. So every time you have to order something you have to go downstair for it. The photos in the websites or in Google maps are all fraud to attract the customers. With the start of the day they will start to extort/give pressure for money. Whenever they will see you will ask to pay immediately. Please don't go to this hotel. They are very rude and hopeless. It was the most horrible experience of this nonsense hotel in my entire life as the dumb person sitting on the reception was pathetically pathetic and was so rudely behaving and even tried to be rough with me when i reached hotel at 1 40 am IST in the late night for just 6 hours check in he was ill treating me misbehaving with me i mean he was simply arguing with me on check in and the room was so so so dirty that i was like simply had to sit in one corner also there was no electricity in hotel. Please take appropriate action against the person sitting on reception as he didnt know how to talk to customers who have booked a hotel and customer is coming all the way from badaun almost 500 kms away from lucknow and at night 2 am that person was misbehaving and...
