From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel was unprepared and unprofessional, leading to a host of issues that persisted throughout our short time there.

Check-in Chaos The problems began immediately upon arrival. Despite having a prepaid booking and checking in three hours late, the staff at the reception had no record or knowledge of our reservation. This forced us to wait for 45 minutes while they gathered the necessary information, creating an instant feeling of a "shady and fishy vibe."

2.Unclean and Unsafe Rooms The first room we were assigned presented several immediate concerns. While the overall space was "ok," the curtains were dirty and completely torn. The bathroom revealed a more significant issue: a broken window glass in the back wall store area, where the geyser and piping were located. This broken glass posed a serious privacy concern. Despite these problems, as tired travelers having driven all night from Gurgaon, we decided to stay, intending only to take a 5–6 hour nap.

3.Persistent Utility Failures Our attempt to rest was quickly interrupted by a power cut. The hotel had no power backup despite the outage, forcing me to go to the reception again. After a frustrating 30 minutes of arguing, we were finally moved to a new room. The second room, while having a cleaner bathroom, suffered from dirty bedsheets and blankets. After we had almost settled in, the water supply abruptly stopped. Adding to the utility woes, frequent power cuts (occurring 5–6 times) persisted, further disrupting the precious little rest time we had left. By this point, having lost two hours of our intended rest to these problems, we were too exhausted to argue further.

4.Lack of Basic Amenities and Services Beyond the utility issues, several other basic amenities and services were severely lacking: The in-room intercom system was non-functional, meaning I had to use my personal mobile phone to call the reception for emergencies or issues. There is no car parking available on the premises. Guests are required to use roadside parking and then move their vehicles onto the premises at night once all the local shops have closed.

Unprofessional lady in reception day shift only. After staying 9 days requested for 3/4 hours late check-out due to delay my scheduled train but she denied and behaviour was rude and demanded for half of room tarif which is Rs.1350. Rest all staffs are very cooperative rooms are new and clean tasty food. I will never book this hotel again.
