It was terrible stay at Hotel Jaiswal Tower. I had to visit for a marriage purpose, when I reached Hotel Jaiswal Tower on 19th February 2021. From seeing outside it was really looking good. But when we arrived inside room.. oh ho nooo... Rooms were dark without ventilation, bathroom door was not closing properly so we had to sing a song while using bathroom of G3. There was not a single charging point. 😒 lastly when I thought to take bath, there was no mug/Jug available in the bathroom. Toilet seat was too small like kid. Staff is totally unskilled and illeterate. Reception number is never working. We had many rooms booked in that hotel G3, 104 to 112. Later on we moved to Hotel Radhika Inn that was fantastic. Finally im conclusion I will like to mention if you want open part you can choose this and if you want neat and clean room never choose...

I am sharing this review after a regular visit since last 6 months. I stayed in this hotel for more than 12 nights, I will rate it very high for its location, This property has a big name in the city when it was built but nowadays the hotel is very bad in terms of its services like the washroom is totally disaster water is not coming properly, hotel staff ask to to change the room multiple times but the same story and situation in all rooms, AC remote is not there, they have only 1-2 AC remote and serving all rooms with that only, lights and switches are not working in some rooms, telephone not work many times than I need to go at reception and ask for any assistance. In one word I would say property owner is least interested in maintenance and newer work...
