Hotel Kapson Palace — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Pathetic experience. Had my engagement function organised here. The management here is not at all supportive, just uses silly and lame money making techniques and will leave no stone unturn to damage and ruin your reputation in front of your guests . As discussed with the menu, these guys are extremely opposite to their words. We decided few snack items for morning and evening which weren't even served properly and the guests were delivered the msg ki "khatam hogya". Also the rooms were supposed to be handed over at a specific time but after we deposited the total amount they started saying to delay the check in time . Having our guests infront of us, our reputation was indeed damaged and also when one of guests asked them to arrange things as decided, they said hall m gadde daal dete h.....and then after a heated conversation they called off their guests who were already accomodated in the rooms. They are particularly focused on the amount not how our reputation gets affected. Also be aware they do make sure that they would charge extra from you and would behave like so different. At the time of booking they'll show you the dj floor and will not give at the time of the event, no mic , useless dj. Decoration was also changed and was really bakwas. We planned for all time chai and coffee....they said for sure , but then they are gone....no chai no coffee . Would never ever recommend this venue to anyone. Extremely disappointing !! Also do keep in mind the owner and manager will talk extremely soft and polite at the time of booking and will show their true colours later. Got my big day...

Had a family function here. While talking to the old man he was like yes yes we will do this that and all And on the day of function he was not on his words only. He was like arey madam shadi ka season h to ye to hoga hi as if inke hotel me bahut shadiyan hori hai Not at all recommend you The man will be very very polite earlier but when it comes to being on his words he will not remember. For the function,our rooms were fixed for 2000 but at the time of payment he took 2500 for a smelly and filthy room saying ki this is shadi season isse kam to ni hota h The rooms were so so smelly and when asked to clean the rooms the would just spray the room freshner and go. Please do not go to this place to spoil your mood on the day of function. Not at all recommended. For the decoration purposes I gave a little bit of my own stuff and he did not even bother to return that. He is so adamant that he will not listen to you but even if he will listen he will do wht he wanted to do as an end result when you can't do anything due to...

Good: Newly constructed and good hygiene, well located to marriage lawns nearby.

Bad: Unfortunately, management don't know how to handle client or requests well. No provision of early check- in (even when rooms are available), 12'o clock check-in and non ideal way of handle billing. Due to which I wouldn't recommend for bulk...
