Hotel Kashi — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is right in the middle of the city, which made commuting to all the popular spots very easy and convenient.

Starting from the receptionist to the room service staff, everyone was extremely friendly and approachable. The in-house restaurant Ghar located on the 3rd floor serves absolutely delicious food – a must! However, the serving time is on the slower side, so plan to visit only if you have enough time and not when you’re in a hurry.

We were three members, and they kindly provided an extra bed along with towels without charging anything extra. The complimentary breakfast was excellent – with almost every variety of food you could think of, it felt more like a feast.

During our stay, we faced an issue with the toilet flush. However, once we informed the staff, it was rectified within 10 minutes, which shows how prompt and efficient their service is.

The price is very reasonable considering all the facilities and services offered. I would definitely recommend booking this hotel during your next visit to Prayagraj.

Cons: There was no hot water facility, but since we had to check out early, we didn’t request it. I’m sure if we had asked, they would have arranged something for us. Being located in the middle of the city, 4-wheelers may face difficulty as the parking space is very limited.

I got this hotel lodge booked by Make My Trip as a part of tour package. We boarded on 27th Dec 2024. The hotel is located in a busy market area, hence we got struck in narrow market roads and that took nearly one hour to cross 3 kms. 😨 Shocking is that hotel has no parking lot. The lady manager roughly told us to park the vehicle at railway station 3 km away. 😨 We paid for three occupancy room, but the alloted room was enough for only two persons.😳 Highly unprofessional treatment from the lady in the counter regarding any query. They offered only two bottles of half litre each for three occupancy. Upon requesting one more bottle of water, that we have booked for three persons, she roughly responded that we must pay extra for this half litre water bottle. Even MMT representatives spoke to her but she didnot budge. It is not that we are cribbing for half litre water bittle, but it is the worst treatment by the lady in the counter.☹️ Hot water in the tap was just luke warm. Upon request, the room boy supplied one bucket of hot water from outside. Hotel Review: Kashi Hotel, Prayagraj Junction

I recently stayed at Kashi Hotel, located just 1 km from Prayagraj Junction, and had a wonderful experience. I booked the hotel through the MakeMyTrip website, and the entire booking process was hassle-free.

Upon arrival, we reached around 11 AM, so we had to wait a little for the check-in time, which was at 12 PM. However, once the check-in was available, it was done very quickly, and the staff kindly escorted us to our rooms.

The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to detail. The hotel provided us with complimentary breakfast, tea, and plenty of water bottles, which was a great perk, especially during the summer heat.

We stayed for 4 days, and throughout our time there, the experience was smooth and pleasant. The hotel staff was always friendly and ready to help with any requests. The location is also quite convenient, with the railway station being just a short distance away.

Overall, I would highly recommend Kashi Hotel to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay....
