Booked this hotel recently for an engagement ceremony. I was skeptical due to it's rating on google but it turned out to be completely different experience. Before booking the hotel - i contacted with hotel and shared the rating people have written on google. Hotel staff & owner made sure the experience I would get is completely different. They were flexible enough for arranging whatever I asked for, food quality was amazing, banquette hall can easily accommodate more than 200 people, stage is really beautiful. They made sure to be available for even a small ask one would have during the entire event. Ample amount of parking, airconditioning, room quality is decent enough to stay for the night, location is amazing. You must book and experience it, dont go on what people are complaining...

Room Cleaning nice but need to improve bedsheets of bed 👍 Room Service is good and Staff's behavior is also good👌 Food and coffee is good but Tea quality is should be improve 👍

When we reached initially, the rooms were more than unsatisfactory. There was dirt, the washrooms were dirty, and we were very disappointed. But a little patience goes a long way. The manager and his staff were excellent! They upgraded us to a bigger room, cleaned up everything superfast and provided us with extra care and hospitality. The icing on the cake was, the food is excellent!! We had initially decided to go out to eat, since the first impressions were okay-ish, but they blew us over with mouthwatering and delicious food.
