Never go for the booking of your party in the hotel as I have hosted a party for my kids 1st Birthday in the hotel. These guys will charge you like anything & their service is pathetic. They will ask the whole money in advance. And will not provide you the service. You can have a look on the standard its when my guests were on the floor. and if you have to serve your guests in the disposable plates only then you can simply arrange the function at home in tents.

Hotel staff don't even know how to talk to the guests. They will start argument with you infront of your guest.

It may be good for a dinner in their restaurent but not at all good for hosting a party in it.

Very poor management needs to improve service standards.One adverse experience during my stay. Booked hotel with free breakfast package. Hotel fails to provide breakfast as per menu. I had to skip breakfast as Hotel failed to deliver as per there commitments. Still in my bill I was charged for the breakfast which was not served.Have have registered issues with the reception staff but no actions taken durin 2 nights of my stay.No senior staff was available to address the issues. GM/Manager not picking calls from reception staff.Reception staff needs training of soft skills.Management should not charge guest for the service that Hotel...

The worst WIFI connection in the entire there is no use as mobile data also not work properly here however wi fi is just dummy here there is no use of it. If you are working professional and you might have meeting hotel is not recommended for you it would be embarrassing experience for you in meeting . After covid as well hotel has not learnt how much wifi is important

Further addition to this today also i had worst experience i went restaurant and staff starting cleaning with acid whole restaurant was filled acid fumes i had to cancel my order and evacuated my slef from there. Such a non sense staff they dont know...
