I recently stayed at Neelkanth Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The primary issues I encountered during my stay were related to the non-functioning air conditioning and geyser, coupled with the unhelpful and rude behavior of the staff.
Despite notifying the staff about the malfunctioning AC and geyser, there was a lack of urgency in addressing these basic amenities. Not having a working AC made the room uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather, and the non-functional geyser disrupted my daily routine and comfort.
Moreover, the attitude of the staff was disappointing. Instead of showing empathy and willingness to assist, they were dismissive and uncooperative. Their lack of concern for the inconvenience caused added to the overall dissatisfaction of my stay.
I believe that a hotel’s reputation is built not just on the facilities it offers but also on the quality of customer service provided. In this regard, Neelkanth Hotel fell short of expectations.
