Hotel O Aastha Inn — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Worst experience ever. I had prepaid booking in this hotel and , When I checked in he asked for more money , as he said I will not allow you if don't pay me more 500 rupees, I was with my family and it was night approx 9 so I had given them ... Don't go there . The area of hotel is very bad scary , Very unsafe place for family , Hotel doors are broken , the main lock of room are broken, you can't close your room bcz the lock are broken ,.

No water for many hours in bathroom .

I started calling them from 5 AM for water no one answered the call , After that I went down for three time and I told the one who sit on reception ... He was sleeping as he was drunked. . At 10 Am water came in bathroom. .. Very unsafe place people are smoking there in room , they are smoking ganja , with so lo ud music I complain the the boy who sit in reception he said yaha sab...

I booked this hotel from oyo official app, had such a horrible experience, this is not in good area .The hotel is not yet finished, there is no lift, the room I was allotted didn't have any ventilation or AC in it, and there in no light in bathroom. They don't provide towel, water bottles, soap etc.They don't give room's key you, you can't lock your room to go outside. There is nothing nearby to eat or something. Road near by hotel is very bad and water clogged every where. There are too much mosquitoes you can't sleep here .Whole building vibrates when train passing nearby track feel like earthquake. My humble request don't book this hotel they asked for extra money...

OYO call helpline helped us book it, had such a horrible experience, this is not family friendly. The hotel is not yet finished, there is no lift, the room I was allotted didn't have any ventilation or AC in it, and the bathroom had a big lizard in it. Lodged a complain with OYO and checked out...
