I have worst experienced in the hotel. Now I understand why people always highlight even for very little problems. After my check in i found spots over pillow and bedsheet but i wasn't in the mood of complaint so i ignored. But during check-out hotel staff checked the room and the receptionist blamed all the spots caused by me and misbehaved and threatened for penalty.
